I feel for the Wizards. Wall, Beal, Nene, Gortat was good enough to make noise in the East.

Either way, Cavs got this season on lock. However, I was looking forward to seeing the Wizards get off to a good start.

He missed 26 games in his rookie year. Missed 9 games last year.

What makes the Wizards and Hornets better ?
Wizards: Wall, Beal (when he recovers 8 weeks from now), Gortat, Nene, Pierce

Hornets: Lance, Kemba, and Jefferson

Oh man. That really sucks.

I think you're thinking of his rookie year. Last season he only missed 9 games. In his rookie year however, he missed 26 games mainly because of a leg injury.

So apparently he'll miss around 6-8 weeks, so he might 'only' miss the first month. I really like this Wizards team, hopefully they can stay healthy...
