Wade and 13 bosh were both bette than 11 bosh and 11 bron.. Wade was clutch as hell in 2013.. pretty much saved the heat from getting overwhelmed early on in the series..and bosh played amazing much better defense in 2013

what r u talking about?
Bosh and wade were absent from game 1-3. game 1-3 is the early part of the series. lebron also didn't play well in game 2 and 3 but wade and bosh played worse.
Miami lost game 1 narrowly even after a triple double(18-18-10) by lebron. lebron was scrutinized for that triple double when past greats like magic and bird would have not been blamed at all for those numbers.

In '11 Bosh was near his season averages, LeBron was well below, and Wade was slightly above. In '13 Wade was near his season averages, Bosh was well below, and LeBron was slightly above. The main difference is the '13 Heat were a much more complete team. The '11 team may have had the best version of the big 3, but the '12 and '13 squad were much better overall teams IMO.

I didn't say 13 Wade was better than Bron that year.. i said he's better than 11 bron.

This post is so awful it's laughable. This dude's seemingly trying to give all the credit for Miami's championship to two players who SIGNIFICANTLY underperformed throughout the postseason that year. Through the first 18 games of the playoffs Wade was averaging 14, 4, 5 on 44%, although I will admit he played very well in the last 4 games of the Finals.

And I guess averaging 12 & 7 on 46% is what constitutes amazing play for Bosh, which is what he put up during their entire postseason run. Some "highlights" for Bosh during the 2013 playoffs include his embarrassing ECF performance, where he averaged 11 & 4 on 38% (38% for a big!), failed to crack double digit scoring in the last 4 games, and got dominated by Hibbert all series long. Bosh also got outplayed by Duncan in the Finals and capped off his magnificent playoff run with a bagel in Game 7.

Go ahead though, give those two players most of the credit while giving slim to none to LeBron

Here's another interesting comparison. In the crucial swing game 4's in the NBA Finals.

2011 NBA Finals game 4 (2-1 series Miami lead)

LeBron: 8 points, 3/11 shooting (.277), 9 rebounds 7 assist

2013 Wade (2-1 series San Antonio lead)

Wade: 32 points, 14/25 shooting (.560) , 6 rebounds, 6 steals

That is VERY interesting Information....

Except Heat were down 1-2 in 2013 and up 2-1 in 2011... And you just compared Wade's best game to LeBron's worst...

But other than that, VERY INTERESTING stuff..

That makes it even worse. More pressure in the 2013 game

Go ahead and reread the op.. he was referencing finals stats..

Also you made the same mistake as rose acl not even reading my post. Nowhere did I say 13 Wade and bosh were better than 13 bron.. I said 13 Wade was better than 11 bron specifically referencing their finals.. and pjr just gave the numbers to back it up.

Also, combining numbers of only 2 players, from 2 different series, with two different teams, and two different opponents, is mind-numbingly idiotic.

Miami's 2013 team was far more balanced than the 2011 one, which was basically Wade, Bron and Bosh and nought else, for starters. You also ignore all possible context. If Bron had played as well as Wade did game 4 2013 finals in any of the 2011 finals games Miami lost, then Miami would have won the series in all likelihood. (well, if in games 2 or 4 Miami would've won, in games 5 or 6 they still could've won but it isn't certain).

Heat up 2-1 LeBron has a shit game and Mavs start the run for the title meaning momentum shifted after this game. Heat lost the game by 3 points with Wade scoring 32 and Bosh 24 points.
