Being a s...fan of Wilt it's somewhat disappointing how he's undersized in Length, wingspan and weight...Nor is his offensive ability close to what I think he could do if asked considering the type of numbers he put up in 1969...But nevertheless this made me crack up
Just bought the game last night, took about 30 minutes to download

Lol, even a stupid video game is smart enough to realize it has to downgrade Wilt's size and abilities to even give a 2010's center a chance. :oldlol:

What a joke:lol . Mcgee was made the size of Yao Ming with the girth of fat Shaq. Not realistic at all, of course it's a video game. They shrank Wilt too.

Javale Mcgee...
In his two years in college he averaged 8.7 ppg, 4.8 rpg, and shot .542 from the field. In his last season in college, the great 6-9 Tyler Hansborough won CPOY. The same Hansborough who has proven that he can't shoot, rebound, pass, or defend in the NBA.
BTW, Draft Express measured McGee at 6-11 (w/o shoes), 241 lbs, and with a 7-6 wingspan.
Chamberlain? A Lakers Wilt would have been 7-1+, 290+ lbs, with a 7-8 wingspan. BTW, a Lakers Chamberlain had games of 60 and 66 points, and in fact, a year later was leading the league in scoring at 32.2 ppg (on a .579 FG%) when he shredded his knee. That same one-legged Wilt put up a 23 ppg, 24 rpg, .625 FG% Finals,...which included a must-win game six of 45 points, on 20-27 shooting, with 27 rebounds (and a game seven of 21 points, on 10-16 shooting, with 24 rebounds.)
A Lakers Wilt, at ages 35 and 36, was knocking Kareem's sky-hook all over the gym. One can only wonder if McGee would ever get a shot off that that Wilt would not have blocked.
Of course, a prime Wilt scored a thousand more points, and grabbed as many rebounds, in ONE season, as McGee has had in his entire six year NBA career.
BTW, McGee would not have made the UCLA roster in either 71-72 or 72-73.

Javale looking bigger than Wilt, backing him down, hitting great hook-shots... and with the star sign

Not that this is a serious topic but....
You can go watch clips of him in college putting up a difficult 11 points vs 6'8'' nobodies....meanwhile Wilt was dropping 60 on 6'10'' world class high jumpers with people these days unimpressed due to competition.
I really wish we could get some footage of him in the 60s.
Half the shit hes done would get him benched for the rest of the season.
He would block a lot of shots....and score on the break. But he doesn't have the kind of game 60s centers were expected to play. Imagine running your offense through that dude expecting him to find cutters and make smart decisions.....

Had he played in the 60s he would have been called for palming on every single one of those plays.

Yeah, Mcgee probably would not made a roster..or just sat at the end of the bench. Very good athlete and tall, that's about all that might give him a roster spot..but skill wise..he wouldn't play much.
A lot of today's players would have to adjust to playing basketball with real basketball rules..some might not even be able to adjust.
