It's always been Melo.

Melo is a better shooter from mid range, off of a move(turnaround in the post, off the dribble, etc.); Lebron is better at spot up 3's and deep pull-up 3's. Overall it's probably Melo.

Clearly melo.
Too bad Bron shoots 75-80% at the rim whereas melo has never been close to that

Melo by a landslide. I don't know their percentages though. It's probably closer than I think.

Melo is probably the better shooter. But he forces shots/can chuck, so his %s are worse than LeBron

No, his %'s are actually better from everywhere outside 10 ft.
Lebron- 10-16ft 16+ 3P
.404 .366 .379
Melo- 10-16ft 16+ 3P
.443 .447 .402
Throw in the fact that Melo takes more shots and tougher shots in these ranges, and it's not even remotely close.

Melo no doubt, probably all their careers. Only thing LeBron did better shooting wise was shot selection I'd say.

Wow.
First Jordan's passing vision is compared to Lebron's, now Lebron's jump shot is compared to Melo's.
ISH is terrible.

going by 3ball logic Lebron is the better jump shooter since his translates to more wins :confusedshrug:
OP just wants people to prop up Melo because he was feeling his inadequacies again.

I know right. This is an insult to Melo. Lebron jumpshoot is average at best.

I just made this thread to remind everybody how nice Melo is. Lebron gets overrated in just about every category these days.

Carmelo is the biggest slacker in the league. I remember watching one of the team usa training videos and you could see Melo's fat ass being lazy as **** while everyone else was working hard.
He only got by through natural talent but now that he's gotten older he has been regressing. its over for the knicks bro

The last two years have been the best of Melo's career, so either you're hating or ignorant.

Melo. Bron only can play bully-ball he dont have no skill cause his dad was in jail an no one taught him how to hoop. If he learnt to play right an had some skill he would win more. Melo just unlucky wit bad teammates. Melo loses cause a teammates. Brons teammates lose cause a bron.

Of course Melo is a good jump shooter. He is too lazy too lazy to develop moves that involve running.
