He wasn't disciplined enough as a help defender last year, and didn't have the mass to body up guys in the post. That being said, with the new muscle added, more Team USA experience, and with Asik on the team, he should look terrific on that end this year.

lol. I don't think it was super trashy, but I think you're right in that he saw he could get it off... thought it had a chance, but I don't think that's a high percentage shot for him or anyone.

It's much tougher than, say, a turn around fade or hook. Still was a nice shot. I'm not gonna say it's luck, but it was just better O as they say.

It's a block. Kostas was running, then Davis put his hand up and BOOM. He blocked the shot and Kostas fell. Nothing jaw-dropping about it. Those types of blocks happen every once in a while. That move Kostas did on Davis is something I've honestly never seen before. Yeah, he didn't really clown Davis, but he did impressed a lot of people with that play because 1. Nobody expected that to happen, and 2. Not many people have seen that move.
