Just thought id share this, got put onto this app by a friend as i have put on to much weight and am trying to lose weight and gain some muscle back
its called movement
pretty cool app, its like the instagram of food and fitness... allows you to upload/post in 3 categories; food, fitness and motivation, and you can share recipes and fitness plans while tracking your progress.
I know 90% of ISH is 6 foot 5 220 pounds and 7% body fat and doesn't need any help LOL but if you seriously into fitness or needs some motivation to get off the couch (like me) check the app out its pretty good

Good for you for trying and endorse good health and take it upon yourself to make healthy changes.
Make sure to be open minded. In this industry I've learned that there is no sure fire method that is dominant over anything else. Don't fall into that trap of utilizing your knowledge to shut down what others think. This is the problem I've come across. Every single community of fitness and diet is so closed minded to what others have to share. I've experienced this specifically with certain genres of fitness. They shut everyone else down and believe their method is superior. BB.com subscribers are notorious for this. I SMH at the way they intimidate people wanting to share progress or ideas to the point they completely turn people off exercise and diet.
Do what you think works, keep an open mind, and just be consistent and patient.
Good luck
