I think this deserves its on thread. Looks like the cop's story is supported by physical evidence.
Not really. Looks like the struggle in the car was real, but after that it looks like the cop decided to execute him on the spot. After the struggle, the cop felt justified due to "officer safety", the supreme law they enforce.

No. Brown was never in the cop car. He was never handcuffed before his death.
Cop stopped two men on the street. There was a scuffle with one of the men through the window of the cop car. According to this report two shots went off in the car. The man in the scuffle fled some distance away from the cop. The cop came out of his car and fired several more times. The man was killed. That's the barebones facts. How all that happened should be determined at a trial.
[QUOTE]The officer, Darren Wilson, has told the authorities that during the scuffle, Mr. Brown reached for the gun. It was fired twice in the car, according to forensics tests performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The first bullet struck Mr. Brown in the arm; the second bullet missed.
The forensics tests showed Mr. Brown

we already know the character of michael brown. But but but, the convenient store robbery has nothing to do with it.

No, but there was a case where the cops claimed a black kid handcuffed behind his back shot and killed himself in the back of their squad car...and got away with it

1) This didn't deserve its own thread. There was a 370+ reply thread going that was active just yesterday.
2) All this new info does is add credence to Dorian Johnsons narrative. Wilson's story (as retold by his friend 'Josie') didn't mention that he shot Brown inside of the police cruiser, but Johnson did...
“I could see the muscles in his forearm,” Johnson said. “Mike was trying to get away from being choked.”
“They’re not wrestling so much as his arm went from his throat to now clenched on his shirt,” Johnson explained of the scene between Brown and the officer. “It’s like tug of war. He’s trying to pull him in. He’s pulling away, that’s when I heard, ‘I’m gonna shoot you.’”
At that moment, Johnson says he fixed his gaze on the officer to see if he was pulling a stun gun or a real gun. That’s when he saw the muzzle of the officer’s gun.
“I seen the barrel of the gun pointed at my friend,” he said. “He had it pointed at him and said ‘I’ll shoot,’ one more time.”
A second later Johnson said he heard the first shot go off.
“I seen the fire come out of the barrell,” he said. “I could see so vividly what was going on because I was so close.”
Johnson says he was within arm’s reach of both Brown and the officer. He looked over at Brown and saw blood pooling through his shirt on the right side of the body.
“The whole time [the officer] was holding my friend until the gun went off,” Johnson noted.
So far, Johnson was the only one who claimed Wilson shot Brown while he was still inside his cruiser (including Wilson's account). The forensics backs this up as Brown's blood was on Wilson's clothing, the gun, and the driver's side door (interior).
So Brown had been shot and bleeding already when he took off running... but now we're supposed to believe he turned around and taunted the cop, saying something to the effect of 'You're not gonna shoot me'... when he was already shot and bleeding? :lol

So according to this account, the cop pulled this big ass dude into his car on top of him so he can shoot him and claim self defense? :lol
C'mon son :coleman:
Are we actually supposed to believe that this cop saw 2 black guys walking and decided "I'm gonna choke one of them through the window and then murder him" for no reason at all in broad daylight even though it's likely he would get caught?

1) a cop JUST choked a 400 lb man to death while trying to detain him in NYC not too long ago. So why are people acting like a cop couldn't (or wouldn't) do the same to a 270 lber? Not saying he was trying to choke him to death but that would be a natural reaction of a smaller guy trying to wrestle with someone that big. Again check the video of the Staten island 400lber being choked to death by a cop if you dont believe me.
2) no one finds it odd that Wilson's account stops after he shot brown in his car? What happened to the taunting and the full speed charge and brown dying only 2-3 ft from Wilson?
oh the horror

Apparently being big and tall cancels out the ability to be harmed and feel pain. Is that the general consensus here?

So it looks like Brown assaulted not only an old store owner he robbed, but now it looks like there is proof he attacked an officer in his car minutes later. Combine that with all the crazy stuff he did before, like possibly murder, that the state is covering up, and not releasing to the public.
So why aren't we pinning a medal on this cop? :confusedshrug:

Because his job was to bring him in and face charges if he was attacked not go all clint eastwood on his ass. He's not qualified to be the judge or jury during a stop. If he wasn't prepared to deal with that dude then either call for backup and wait or keep on driving and STFU.
