Teams typically win championships without their second best player.

I don't think that's true. Did Shaq's Lakers ever win without Horry?

Even with Love, we won't win this championship this year.

Don't think so. He's one of the top 5 offensive players and top 5 Rebounder's in the league (whovplay big minutes)

If Lebron and Irving go absolutely nuts in the EC...they can make the finals without Love. They'd get stomped by the Spurs though. And probably OKC if they're finally healthy for a full playoff run.

nope because taj gibson would just double on lebron with jimmy butler and leave whatever scrub open at PF.

Yeah, I totally knew LeBron was coming back in February. I've been lurking/posting for years on another account but I wanted to change my username. If you think I'm a troll or a bandwagoner, the mods can IP check me. I've lived in CLE my entire life.

Wow, which teams are you taking about?:confusedshrug:
The question is if they can win with coach Blatt?
Verajao is legit, Tristan Thompson is legit, so is Kyrie Irving.
I say yes, if they have a really good coach.

No chance at all to win if Love isn't in it
love is the least important of the 'big 3'.
they aren't winning either way tho

If Irving plays at 2014 level absolutely not. It would take massive improvements by him (and waiters/thompson) for it to even be considered.

They ain't winning it with him, too inexperienced.

First, let's see if he can win a championship WITH Love this year.
Second, if it was so easy for Lebron to win championships without a player of Love's caliber, he would have won more than 2 championships already and not have to go from team to team in his prime, which he's done twice already.
So, let's see what happens.
