Okay, well I worked with this girl for quite a while, at first I thought the girl was way out of my league, she was out of my league. But I started to get a lot more self confidence (probably because I started working out all the time), and out of nowhere she just started to seem really interested in me, I didn't even really do anything special...

Anyway... we've been talking off and on for a little while, and it's pretty obvious she really likes me, but the girl wants me to drop some of my close friends for her? What do I do/say here? She is a beautiful girl, but that type of ultimatum is a big red flag to me IMO. Any healthy relationship should have both to me.

How should I go about that? We've been talking enough that both of us are starting to get a bit attached.

To be honest with you, until about a year ago, I had a lot of self-esteem, confidence issues mainly due to a lot of major family and personal issues that just caused me to be out of shape. But yes, some of them are bad influences and ARE stoners, I was a stoner for a while, but honestly I'd rather have a decent relationship, but I don't just want to rush into marriage either...

Then you need to explain to her that those close friends have been there for you for years and that they were around before she was, and will be around during and likely after. Yes. They are basically lazy stoners that like to get high all the time. I was one of them for quite a while, but I'm to the point in my life right now where it's time to get out of that phase and start making something of myself. They aren't friends that are really going to get you very far in life. I have kinda been trying to cut them off as friends anyway. I have old friends that I can go back to that would be much better influences, although they are the nerdy type.
