Best state to go to college in the U.S?

I'm moving out and going to college with my friends and leaving my state. Whats a good state ? Not too expensive, and a good mix between fun and education. I was thinking about Colorado because legal weed too lol.

Arizona

Cheap apartments and they're pretty nice
Amazing weather except for the summer(it's pool party season 75% of the year)
You got Tempe(mill ave) and Oldtown Scottsdale to party in.
BEAUTIFUL WOMEN:bowdown:
backyards are colorado, Cali, Mexico and only a 4 hour drive from Vegas.
Two huge Universities
The girls out there are freaks too man. It's great
