Probably the same guy who led the league last year and barely missed out on a few more.......Lance Stephenson...Other than that, I'll go with Russell Westbrook...

Westbrook unless he gets injured. He will have the ball so much in his hands that he will be able to rack up assists even if he shoots 20 times.
And he already proven to be a great rebounder.
