Teams that have no excuse not to improve this year?

I'm thinking the Clippers. They added some bench depth at the big position with Spencer Hawes who will space the floor well with whoever they pair him with. Chris Paul is still in his prime and Blake Griffin had a breakout season last year and likely made more improvements for this season. Deandre Jordan is underrated as well.

Any ideas?

Meanwhile, the Bucks are loaded with young talent. Jabari has got potential to be a superstar, and Giannis can be something really special one day. The Bucks clearly have a better future than the Knicks.
