Im thinking of bulking up. and i came across mutant mass. it seems legit but i never trust phony online reviews so i thought id ask you intelligent homos :cheers:

Ive never used gainer and will probably never will, if you have problems with gaining mass why dont you try some of the supplements that increase your appetite? + proper eating you should be fine.

i understand the need of proteins.. but calories are easy to find dude..
you will just feel bloated and will probably end up in the toilet a little too much

Wow when u list the ingredients like that... I think I might just get a lean protein.... yeah I understand that supplements are really just a small assist and everything that you get out of them can be found in food. I just find it hard to make full blown meals all the time.

The problem is making it or eating it? If the problem is making it, the easiest way to get good and easy to prepare protein is to eat boiled eggs. They are easy to prepare, 10 per day should get you plenty of protein, you just need to throw away the yolk of 6-7 of the eggs, so you dont have issues with cholesterol.
