I thought he was a good boy.
"The Post’s sources said the levels in Brown’s body may have been high enough to trigger hallucinations."
"Seven or eight African American eyewitnesses have provided testimony consistent with Wilson’s account, but none of them have spoken publicly out of fear for their safety, The Washington Post’s sources said. "
Experts told the newspaper that Brown was first shot at close range and may have been reaching for Wilson’s weapon while the officer was still in his vehicle and Brown was standing at the driver’s side window. The autopsy found material “consistent with products that are discharged from the barrel of a firearm” in a wound on Brown’s thumb, the autopsy says.
Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist in San Francisco who reviewed the report for the Post-Dispatch, said it “supports the fact that this guy is reaching for the gun, if he has gunpowder particulate material in the wound.”

THC levels and the law are kind of jacked up.
Let's say a guy smokes every day and then stops for 2. On that second day if he's pulled over for a DUI and gets piss tested, his THC levels will probably be several times the legal limit, even though he is stone cold sober.
It's not like alcohol where you just piss it out, the metabolites stay in your system and build up for a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if the kid was high or recently smoked, but i don't think he was high to the point where he was disconnected from reality.

the whole Michael Brown being martyr'd is such a joke, and now its this huge social guilt trip black people play, like everyone owes them for that now on top of the slavery card.
a sorry thug fat boy who got what he deserved is being martyr'd, what a fukkin travesty :facepalm
fact they let them loot those stores while law enforcement watched due to the guilt trips and threat of reverse(black vs other races) racial violence, and witnesses in fear of telling the truth because black people will turn on them, just goes to show the ridiculous double standards of America. this shit would NEVER happen with any other race, they couldn't even get away with half this shit.
really hope those store owners sued the government/Obama/Holder and stopped paying their taxes since the government didn't hold up their end of the deal. weak bitches.

If what the washington post is reporting is true, that really is a shame.
I forget how creditable a source is a the washington post? are they considered something akin to the NYT or the NY post?

its going to be very hard to remove reasonable doubt with experts saying stuff like this.

You would have to eat more than an 8th I think. And even then it's you would probably just pass out or have a heart attack from paranoia. I can't imagine hallucinating.
Hell you won't even hallucinate after an 8th of shrooms.

I'm just glad to see SOMETHING had the power to slow down the trigger happy boys in blue from their murderous rampage they've been on across the nation, since things like their oath to serve and protect the public, respect for life, professional restraint, and common sense wasn't doing the trick.

THC levels enough to trigger hallucinations? :oldlol:
I want what hes smoking! I try to OD/hallucinate off weed at least once a month. It never happens :(

Since when does smoking weed cause hallucinations? Were his blunts/stolen cigarillos laced with peyote or PCP? :wtf:
And maybe I've watched too many episodes of the first 48 or forensics files but isn't a shot to an open palm usually considered a defensive wound? Who the hell would try to grab the muzzle of a gun while someone had it pointed at them and was about to pull the trigger?
And we STILL haven't heard from these unnamed source leaks about what went down after Brown ran away from the car. The story always seems to stop right before the big climax. :lol
Even if Wilson's account is true and a hallucinating Brown attacked him and tried to take his gun by putting his palm on the muzzle while Wilson was squeezing the trigger ( )... still doesn't explain Brown being shot in the top of his skull after running away and seemingly surrendering. Will be interesting to finally hear his detailed account of the second half (I guess they're not running with Josie's retelling any more).

Shot was not to an open palm. Shot travelled down the length of his thumb indicating it was pointed towards the gun.
Graham said the examination indicated a shot traveled from the tip of Brown’s right thumb toward his wrist. The official report notes an absence of stippling, powder burns around a wound that indicate a shot fired at relatively short range.
But Graham said, “Sometimes when it’s really close, such as within an inch or so, there is no stipple, just smoke.”

So what does that tell a forensics pathologist about what Brown might've been doing? Is it a sign of him grabbing the gun while Wilson had it pointed at him, finger on the trigger? Was it a defensive wound? Was he trying to plug the muzzle with his thumb :lol ?

Smoking weed = death sentence so it's good he got killed after all.

The point is you need other evidence to fill this in.
Instead of creating easily dismissible scenarios, tell me what plausible scenarios can you come up with that matches the bullet's path.

You can get very mild hallucinations on weed - it's more your eyes/brain are "playing tricks on you". Doesn't compare to LSD/mushrooms.
Also, they test for THC metabolites, not THC itself. Article is dumb.

Toxicology reports use terminology like this
▵9_THC
11-OH-THC
THC-COOH
There's nothing inaccurate about using THC as shorthand.

You need to watch All the President's Men. They are much more like the NY Times than the NY Post.

Good post, you are correct, but only the first one is the active "THC" molecule that gets you high. You could have smoked 10 blunts yesterday, have very high levels of 11-OH-THC and carboxy-THC, but not be high at at all. Certainly not "enough to trigger hallucinations" which is misleading at best and an outright lie at worst.

Not possible. No way. I refuse to believe that.
