He also had career numbers of 17,387 points, 10,335 assists (3rd all-time), 3642 rebounds, and 899 steals. One of the greatest PGs to ever play the game and I'm glad I got to see the best of him. It's just sad his career had to end like this.

Cheers to one of the hardest working blue collar players to ever set foot on the court. He achieved a level of greatness through the repetitious practicing of his craft. This guy was never the most talented, quickest, or strongest in his peer group. But he busted his ass off and built an amazing career for himself. Big respect to kid Canada.

cause lakers have players that are above average in certain aspects. just a short IE: ronnie price is an above average man defender. Davis is an above average rim protector. Lin is above average at getting into the paint and finding his roll man with a pocket pass.
