Size - NBA
Fighting ability - Joe Aldo
I personally think jose would destroy anyody even if it meant having to run away and chop their legs down with his vicious leg kicks till they drop he'd get the job done regardless of size.

Jose is 5'7" 146lb.
James Johnson is 6'9" 245lbs and a trained kickboxer. So probably yeah.
Also "best him in a fight" is actually correct as well, I've seen those Brits use that term.

Pretty much every C and PF would whip him without breaking a sweat. I don't care how skilled you are, you're not whipping ass on someone who has 14-16 inches (snickers) and 100lbs on you. At some point size does matter.

This. Jose would have significant both technique and speed advantage over the bigs and his leg kicks are deadly as hell.
Plus havent you seen Jiu jitsu little guys man handle big dudes before ??
I cant remember his goddam name. that guy in the early UFC days who made every nikka tap..... god what was it!!!?!?!

I'd like to see a little 5'7" 146lbs dude leg kicking 6'11" 265 lbs DeAndre Jordan. Fight wouldn't last ten seconds. Jordan isn't much of a fighter, but he's wouldn't need to be with a 120lbs weight advantage on his opponent.

You're comparing that tub of shit to NBA players? Some of the best athletes on the planet?
Ibaka would literally dunk Aldo.

the minute the NBA player grabs aldo the fight is over.
they could probably rape choke a person aldo's size till they were unconscious
http://i55.tinypic.com/bgs8rm.jpg
no skill required, literally just push aldo down and clasp their hands around his neck and push downward.

Do you guys realize how bad nba players are at fighting?
Remember the sloppiness that was the brawl in detroit?
Aldo would beat them sooooooo easily
Aldo fights at 145, lets be generous and say he walks around at 160.
Lebron is 280+ muscle bound beast, with great quickness.
That much size difference negates any fighting skill advantage. its why weight classes exist.

For trained fighters...
Does lebron know how defend submissions?
How will his muscles help him from being choked?
There sizes are too different.

lebron ?? really the guys muscle memory is trained to flop. aldo would punch him in the face and lebron out of re action would fall over and aldo would maul the guy.
aldo being as fast and trained as he is. would literally never get hit and be able to land whatever he wants.
He can ALMOST do it against his own weight class. its really just a matter of how many shots they could take before they get dizzy and fall over.

Royce Gracie submitted all American wrestler Dan Severn who outweighed him by 80 lbs
And was a damn all American wrestler
But lebron has got this he can jump high
and a high FG% ......
I do MMA done it for 2 years and believe me jiu jitsu is a matter of leverage. in some cases using your entire body to take out one isolated limb.
Jose's entire body would outpower lebrons one arm/leg. no matter how strong he is.
and getting lebron into those situations would be so unbelievably easy for him

it's not like being big, strong and athletic removes all weaknesses. doesn't matter if you're a prime shaq or wilt-- nobody is invincible, and that includes even the most expert, largest pro fighters on the planet, such as cain velasquez and jon jones.
the other thing is that unless you're a trained fighter, you're not going to have that deep experience and arsenal of cutting edge techniques to draw from. you're not going to have familiarity and comfort with fighting for a minutes on end reacting to what's being done, attacking correctly, defending correctly, not panicking, pacing yourself, etc.
these NBA guys would be bound to make multiple mistakes, and a 160lb aldo is just the guy to read and react at an expert level. not to mention, most of these guys would be bound to have adrenaline dumps based on the situation alone.
i wouldn't guarantee aldo to win every fight, but he would have the advantage pretty much every single time, even with the size mismatch.

Lol dude I agree with your general point but don't spread misinformation. Bron is listed at 250 and could definitely be as big as 260-265 with under 10% BF but he is definitely NOWHERE close to "280+".
But also on the other hand does NO ONE here know a guy who's smaller like 5'7" or 5'9" and just knows how to fight.. really? I know a couple dudes who aren't all THAT big who just flat out know how to fight. Most people gotta know someone like that, who you just wouln't **** with. Anyway Jose Aldo is a much better fighter than those guys.
