Nash's Phoenix flash
The Suns did not see the end coming for Steve Nash, especially after he looked more like his 2012 Suns All-Star form during two September days of pickup ball.
Nash, who announced Thursday that he is out for likely his final season with a back injury, joined the Suns for voluntary workouts during a Phoenix visit. His play or talk did not give an impression that his end was near.
"He looked really good," said rookie point guard Tyler Ennis, who plays in Nash's Canadian national program. "If I would've bet on it, I would've bet that he'd have a really good season. From watching him, I know he still has a little bit left in the tank."

I thought better of Nash, to take such salary and screw LA. Maybe bad chemistry or Kobe being Kobe.

Probably held a grudge against Kobe for 2010...Suns woulda won that series if Kobe played to his averages instead of dropping 34/7/8 a game on 52/43/88 shooting :oldlol:

Look at that, only 2 days of Suns medical staff and Nash is already back in 2012 form.
I hope Steve returns to Phoenix and plays one last season, even if it means playing only 10 mins coming off the bench for his once prodigy, Dragic. To be honest, Steve doesn't even need to play, just be on the roster. Maybe Suns will make the Playoffs next year too. It'll be a much better sendoff to his career being able to finish it at home. Just thinking about it brings a tear to my eye.

Please don't act like you wouldn't take the money you were owed on a contract the Lakers signed you too. It's easy to say you would "do the right thing" and walk away from 10 million dollars when you are the one who isn't really having to walk away from such a massive amount of money.

Please Phoenix give Nash some cyborg enhancements so he can get back on the court and collect 2 more MVPs.
