Let's be forreal we prolly eat super unhealthy as a community. Who wants to join me on a ****ing diet change to eat healthier. Yall can post your healthy meals if you want. This aint no ****ing bitch ass shit. I need yall to be committed to this. This is the first of many days for me. I promise yall motha****ers who eat fast food a lot will feel the pain, but it'll be over quick and once you on a roll with the healthy eating you will feel better than ever.

Just post whatever healthy diet you wanna roll with. I'm trying to cut out processed carbs, junk food, and sodium drenched shit.

Let's all step up our ****ing game if you havn't already and get to this eating healthy shit.

Breakfast = 3 eggs, whole wheat bagel with strawberry cream cheese

Meal 2: banana and a cliff bar

Meal 3: carrot and an apple with 2-2.5 servings of peanuts.

Dinner: Panda Express string bean chicken breast/Kung pao chicken/chow mein

Desert: 2 coors light... A few triscuits and maybe a chocolate candy if I am a little hungry still

Could be better but overall that's pretty healthy besides the chow mein which is just straight crap. I couldnt eat totally healthy all day though unless I have female motivation... Otherwise I am happy with moderation

Wow today was a really unhealthy day for me. Me and most of fam were over at my sister's house and she ordered some Pizza Hut. The pizza was deep dish, which makes it 10x more oily, and was filled with different kinds of toppings. I was super hungry so I really had no choice but to eat the pizza. I ended up eating 5 slices and washed it down with some Sprite. Right now, I honestly feel like a fat ass. Gonna workout and eat healthy tomorrow.

my first day was oven baked chicken breast with medley of lettuce and spinach. Dinner was salmon and asparagus spiced with couture S&P/lime, and had apples for snacks throughout the day. The ****ing carb withdrawal is killin me, but i gotta survive that shit.

Ate the package of grass fed beef raw. Not rare. Not seared. Raw

had 3 cup water with lemon.

going to get my veggie game on tonight hopefully kale and broccoli.

maybe some sardines later

a bit of rice too. Was pilav had cumin and turmeric in it.

going raw paleo and waiting for budadiis homemadr sauerkraut recipe.

going to up workload as well of course since eating healthy ALLOWS for more stamin hehe

I've been eating very healthy lately.

I wanted to ask you guys something though: does anyone else think that grass fed beef just doesn't taste very good? I buy Trader Joes GF beef and the taste just isn't good.

Protein shake (whey cookies & creme protein powder, banana, almond milk, regular yogurt)

Then my brother came home with dim sum, so being the idiot I am, I went IN on that sheeit. FML.
