-Sleeping pattern is at rock bottom at the moment. My 2 month ban from InsideHoops forum has turned my life inside out. It kept everything afloat. Now it looks like I will be terminated from university, finances are low, and I currently sleep between 2pm and 10pm. Felt like killing myself yesterday, hopefully the pieces will come back together now that I am unbanned.

EDIT: I also have a psychology speech that I have to perform at 1PM today. I have not started it yet.

I have been known to post borderline racist content. I have been banned multiple times for this. I know better. The higher powers that be here at InsideHoops offered me a deal for my freedom. No more racist topics and I would be free when the NBA season begins.

Another note:

I have strained my right hamstring...

This is quite depressing as the gym has been the only thing that I've enjoyed over the last 4 months. I can still bench/row and all the upperbody but I enjoy most squatting and deadlifting. I can't do either with a hamstring strain. I could work around the hip strain I had a month ago, I could still deadlift and hip thrust. Now it seems I am just going to have to shut the whole gig down. This is dissapointing as my lifts were going through the roof... 150kg low bar squat for 5 and a 165kg deadlift for 5...

I hate losing progress.

Afraid not.

So in my prison sentence, I still read the forum... Decided to do some digging.

One for the InsideHoops museum.

Also found a rare photo of Dante Exum but It probably counts as child porn so I won't.

So I'm at uni now... 9 O'clock. Got around 3 hours to do a 5 minute speech. I'm thinking 700-800 words. Leggo.

Finished the speech just on time. Wow what a rush. Spoke like a robot but my pace was good, nice and slow. I've got that deep voice whole room projection on lock. I've got a good exercise before public speaking...

Deep breaths, breathing very deep, hold it and force the pressure to the head. It's pretty much that thing where you try to pass out. It will slow things down and you'll be groggy... Even in a harmonic state like myself. I feel really good doing it.

Sleep pattern sort of better I guess? I feel asleep at 5, put a 2 hr timer on, didnt go off lol, woke up at 2AM. It is 3:45 AM now. I had a very interesting dream, a really vivid, real one that you remember instantly.

I was at a restauraunt and this stunning brunette with a sharp but not masculine facial structure and big botox like lips sits down with me and apparently we have a date. In my dream I'm thinking WTF, alright play it cool son. We start talking, she asks me if I've been to Canada before... I said no, but I have been to California many times and have family there, as well as on the Sunshine coast in Queensland. She tells me that she really likes to travel and see the world. She also really likes a restaurant in Osborne Park. I then said "Are you hungry? I am" So we order an entree'.

This is when I woke up. I then hoped on InsideHoops to display my basketball knowledge and help increase popularity of my Kings on the forum. Will probably go to bed around 5 or 6, hopefully i can get another 2 or 3 hours so that I wake at 8-9 ish.

Been working around the hamstring strain.

Been doing heavy dumbbell rows. ****ing love them. Using 40kg/90pound dumbbells for around 8 reps. Great for deadlift I reckon. Grip strength and Lats.
