I can feel it. Everything's falling into place. Great off season. Good pick ups. Another year for Mike Malone to continue to develop his style of play. Boogs coming off an excellent FIBA cup. A rookie of the year potential draftee.
8th seed is very much a reality this season. I think this is the season where the Kings return to the bracket.

Nope. Not in the West.

Not without a major move
Do they make the playoffs if they get a rondo or dwill? (No, but) it'd make it interesting. Darren collison is the starting PG guys.

Only way is if we trade Rudy Gay for 2 good players like say Gallo and Mozgov (which Devner would be idiotic to do) otherwise no we aside from DMC are pretty much garbage.
Only good signing we made was Sessions and aside from DMC the only other player on the squad that helps you win is Reggie Evans. We are looking like a 30-34 win team again unless something insane occurs.
Here's a roster breakdown
Jason Thompson - Clearly does not want to be here anymore
Carl Landry - Overpaid waste of space (12mil+ in $$ between him and JT to back up PF's....)
Reggie Evans - Only real winner/hustler on the team
Sessions - Probs the best PG on the squad, solid
Collison - solid
Mclemore - still looks garbage
Staskus - only young player with any form of hope should be good eventually
Rudy Gay - stupid shots/tunnel vision yet all the talent in the world but can never use it
Derrick Williams - once every 10 games has a 1 game where you think wow he could be good, for those other 9 you want to choke him alive
Casspi- Actually played ok preseason but sucks.
We need to gamble on Larry Sanders if the Bucks ever look like trading him

Getting rid of Isiah Thomas was smart. He's a selfish ballhogger.

I highly doubt it the Western conference is loaded top to bottom so many good teams it's hard to make the playoffs.

I agree. He's a scorer off the bench, not starting PG material.

The West is extremely stacked for the Kings to try to sneak into the playoffs.
