They were meaning to have someone like her on the show for years since Dwight left LA. I feel really bad for her tbh, she has to deal with all this PR nonsense by guys like Abbott and deal with a mediocre Laker squad at the same time. Explained why she didn't look too comfortable talking about the Lakers. What do you guys think?

Saw this last week

She did well despite SAS trying to make her throw her brother under the bus. (no pun intended)

Still looks good on the face, I feel like she's too passive with this team right now. Glad to hear there's a time limit for the bullshit this FO is doing, I'm up for a fresh start once Kobe's gone.

Feel like Jimbo used his father's illness to block Phil from joining the FO. She said they had no position for Phil? Just http://www.thecoli.com/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/camby.png Jimbo and put Phil in his place...oh well guess it just wasn't meant to be.

The closest thing would be Westbrook and Gasol somehow, but that's not gonna happen. It's also pretty bad because there's a group of people who think Kobe can still lead a team to a title, and a group that wants to rebuild while screwing Kobe's last few years without an in-between. I don't think she wanted to mess with her family by doing that, which is understandable even though I agree that Phil should've been in power.

Dwight said he would have stayed if they got Phil instead of D'Antoni, said Mike was the main reason he left (he felt like he wasn't used enough on the offensive end, which is actually true). That's the first horrible move by the FO and it led to a number of bad things..FO chose that POS of a coach over a top 10 NBA player...just so they could tank a season..

The Kobe contract was more than justified. They still had the space to sign a star player if needed. FO made a stupid mistake by offering the contract to Kobe that early...could have waited until he broke his knee and shaved off a cool 10 mil from that contract, easily.

It all starts with the people in charge... It's why I laugh when people blame everything on Kobe, when all he did was accept 48 mil before he was even ready to play an NBA game...he knew what was up and just gladly took his money.

And if you didn't know, there was a huge rift between Kobe and the FO in 2012 over the coaching hire and trading Odom away for peanuts. Lakers that year might have given OKC at least a decent series if Odom's there. Instead, they ruin the man's psyche by trading him to Dallas without warning and he becomes a drug addict... This is what Jimbo and Mitch did.. They have shown no respect for the players on that team ever since Dr. Buss stopped being involved like he used to..
