Seeing the smirk on guy with jersey #34 pisses me off :banghead:

I wish someone knocked him out cold for those dirty play. He was clearly there just to try and injure someone. Shitty refs didnt do shit about it either

Old but still crazy. Refs totally ****ed up there and I hope all of them were banned from officiating future HS games. They have a responsibility to those kids to keep the game safe.

Also, there is nothing worse in basketball than a team of scrubs who resort to violence to make up for the fact that they are awful.

The Bad Boys weren't a bunch of fat-ass scrubs.

Also, the only 'Bad Boys' on those teams were #34 and #42. The rest of the team were fine, helping up the fouled player at times.

F*ck those guys though, especially #34. Fat-ass should be cut from the team. He looks like a bully too, especially with that annoying smirk on his face.

Just an uncoordinated fat guy trying to play ball. The uncoordinated usually commits these kind of fouls without malice. They just can't ball.

Some of those plays aren't too shabby. However, if I were on an officiating crew, I think those earlier plays should have put me on alert, even if I didn't deem them to be flagrant.

#1 is more contact than necessary but being the first contact by that guy in this game, it could have been interpreted as a huge dude meeting a very small opposing body.

#2 wasn't much to write home about. Surely a foul, and perhaps one he "gave", but not something I'd deem worthy of a flagrant call.

#3 could have been tagged as a flagrant. His arm motion was unnecessary and potentially dangerous. However, since he appeared to hit the offensive player with his triceps flab and no harm was done, he seemed to get a pass. It's around this time I feel the officiating crew should have put themselves on alert for further questionable play.

#4 by itself could be a borderline flagrant, in my opinion. That kid hit the brakes on a dime in an attempt to shield the defender from his teammate. He invited contact and the defender fed into that contact with the push. I may have called a technical foul on the defender there for unsportsmanlike conduct.

#5 is a no-brainer. Even if we say he just grabbed the kid's arm - that can't happen with a player who's airborne. It's a dangerous play and a missed flagrant call in my opinion.

#6 would be a normal call in my book.

If I was on that white team I would have went at that fat kid myself. Cheap, dirty plays.

I agree with you on almost every point except that the 1st play would be called a flagrant by NBA refs imo. He clearly didnt even try going for the ball, just shifted his whole weight and swung his arm towards a player going up for a shot.

Should have been the coaches job to do something or get the ref attention. As a player you dont try to fight your own teammate. Maybe just tell him to keep it in check

In terms of relative size (girth & strength, not height), he's almost like Shaquille O'Neal compared to those little guys out there, so there's an additional sense of power and bounce reaction to virtually anything he does out there.

He actually appears to have swiped toward the ball and made contact with it on that first play. Tough to tell though. It's a foul that has some force behind it, and he didn't exactly try not to foul but again, early on, I'm not sure high school officials would tag a play like that.

He should of sucker punched that fat **** in the face and knocked his teeth out. What if he had paralysed him?

Good point. Its true that sometimes the size difference of 2 guys can affect the way you perceive certain fouls.

People are failing to take these fouls seriously because nobody was hurt.

These are blatant and disgusting plays. It's especially sad to see in a high school, non-professional setting.

Ridiculous.

These are just unathletic and untalented players who can't jump or defend... so they foul instead. You can find this player in every gym in America.

The push to the back should have been technical for unsportsmanlike conduct. The hard foul on the drive could be a flagrant because of the outcome.

I remember seeing this video a few years back and it made my blood boil. Some goons don't belong on a basketball court.
