As I mentioned.

His body will break down, his legs will get more tired, his shot attempts will have to come down as well. That's just what happens as you get older. And small injuries that he could shake off in the past will affect his game noticeably.

One's sore body reacts differently as you age, traveling takes a bigger toll on your body, small things such as that accumulate over time.

if Kobe wants to shoot a higher percentage and perhaps score a few more points, he would have to relinquish his no.1 role and get a scoring big man and feed off him.
