It's obvious Russ needs his own team and all these years Durant has been holding him back with his ball hogging. Should OKC trade Durant before they lose him in free agency for nothing?

Obviously

Yes, Westbrook will probably leave when Durant returns and ruins his stats

Yes Durant can't shoot he's the only player in the league that wants to play with AllStars. KD is ruining the league with this big 3 crap. Trade him to Cleveland for Lebron James cuz James doesn't need 2 other allstars (Jackson & Perkins) like that bum.

As much as it hurts to say this as a Thunder fan, but Durant will be retired by age 30. There's no way those skinny legs will heal and he'll have multiple fractures just like Yao. Might as well get something useful for him.

When they're in the WCFs and Westbrook goes 4-21 against the Spurs you are gonna want to delete this thread.

All teams that sign a max worthy fa should consider trading them. They just wouldn't.

Example: the rockets get Dwight to sign without giving up anything. They should trade him for a decent player, a good prospect, and 2-3 picks. They will come out on top.

Cleveland should trade lebron. Imagine what they get for him. Imagine what happens if they don't win the title this year.

This thread is a riot. Westbrook scores 38 points with 6 assists on 26 FGA and 15 FTA in an 18 point loss. Durant literally averaged 35 ppg and 6 assists on 22.4 FGA 10.7 FTA without Westbrook for 40 games last season and OKC went 28-12.

Yes, Westbrook had a grand total of 3 more ppg on +3.6 FGA and +4.3 FTA than Durant AVERAGED in games without Westbrook last year. Awesome.

Durant had the whole team healthy except Westbrook during that stretch last year. Tonight they were missing more than Durant, yet the game was competitive until the 4th QTR.

For who? You don't trade the best player in the league cuz you will never get equal talent back. But it was a joy to watch Westbrook run the team himself tonight. Shame there really is minimal talent around him and Durant.

How overrated is Ibaka? I say very.

More like its westbrook first game to prove himself. Lets see how he plays once that motivation is lost and the losses start piling

Trade the reigning MVP. GENIUS!!!!!

It's been done before. Houston let Malone walk and they won more championships without him. Besides KD is the worst MVP in league history.

Derrick Rose has something to say about that.
