I've always hated Boozer. Dude has been garbage for years.
- non existent on defense
- horrible finisher at the rim
- black hole on offense, takes shots he has no business taking
- gets ridiculously hyped about mundane basketball plays

I've been saying that Boozer was trash since 2008 when he was on my team. He's become progressively worse trash every season since then

Wow, seriously?
At least his numbers were good back then...
What is it that made you know that already?
Glad both Boozer and Williams were exposed as System Players.... NOTHING without Sloan. (Dumbass Williams ran him outta town.)

He was always so damn soft. He never put effort on the defensive end. He always left his man to attempt to get rebounds. He always settled for jumpers even when we were facing weak interior defensive teams. He always let guys like Gasol score at will. He was advertised as a post presence when every Jazz fan knew that he was never a reliable option down there.
And to top it off.. He always disapered in the 4th quarter

I spent years trying to educate Bulls fans on the type of player they had :oldlol: Some didn't want to see the light but finally came to accept the guy was worthless.

I said it last night and I'll say it again. Boozer has put up good numbers throughout his career but when you actually watch him play games you scratch your head and wonder how he got those averages. It's the same as the regular season this year. He put up respectable numbers but his play to me all season long was soft and his defense was the obvious weak link in the starting unit. Indiana recognized it and attacked his ass. Boozer doesn't do one thing that suggests he's a "power" forward. He's plays no defense. His help defense is atrocious and will often get caught flat footed and out of position. He doesn't challenge shots. I can't remember the last time the guy attempted a shot block on a guard coming down the lane. He doesn't block out and instead uses his forearm to push guys out of the way. He has no intensity whatsoever on that end of the floor.
People talk about Boozer's inside game. It's softer than a wet roll of Charmin. How often do you see Boozer make a move and go up with authority? Hardly ever. How often do you see Boozer take a pass from Rose and go to the rim with authority? Hardly ever. You know what the typical Boozer play is? Throw up some soft shit and yell "GODDAMN" if he doesn't get the call or blows the shot (as he often does). If that jumpshot isn't falling Boozer is basically worthless. I wouldn't think twice about taking Horace over him.

Join the choir man. I've been saying it all year. The key to the Game 3 and 5 wins by the Bulls was Boozer glued to the bench when it mattered. Give this man more minutes!!
