Let alone Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. So why is this getting ignored?

Year after f*cking year, the Clippers get overrated now it seems. Yet any sensible person should know that the Spurs and Thunder would demolish them in the playoffs if both teams were full strength. And then you have concerns about a team like the Grizzlies, Mavericks, or Warriors taking them out.

So they'll get taken out in round 1 or 2 again... and then going into next season they'll get overrated... again.

OKC might not even make the playoffs. :lol

As you can see, if you watch Griffin dunk the ball that means they're guaranteed a spot in the finals.

OKC might not even make the playoffs. :lol

And if they do?

I bet your ass will be sweating unless you're actually foolish enough to buy into the hype the media drives behind your team year after year.

As long as Westbrook and Durant come back full strength within about a month or a month and a half, OKC should be fine. When OKC was full strength last season and Brooks was playing the young guys they were like 24-2. And then Westbrook had to get surgery again and then Perkins and Sefolosha missed like two months and OKC still finished with a record better than the Clippers.

The point is, everyone knows that a full strength OKC team is the best in the league now that the vets are gone and Adams is starting. Morrow was fire in preseason and he's not even playing yet either. All this next month is going to do is get guys like PJ3, Reggie, and Lamb ready to rape off the bench once Russ, KD, and Morrow get back.

I agree, the hype is insane. CP3 very good, but overrated. They certainly wont make it out of the west (provided the other teams are healthy).

They would have gotten bounced in round 1 last year if it weren't for some fortunate calls that went their way.

It's alright though, watching them choke in round 2 to my favorite team was an even more enjoyable experience for me. :oldlol:

Okc Stacked.

They've been "stacked" like the last 3 years but everyone knows what the 2 big problems they've had are:

1. Guys like Perkins/Fisher/Sefolosha/Butler getting too many minutes and holding the team back.

2. Scott Brooks being Scott Brooks.

Another good thing about this next month for OKC? Brooks might be forced to learn how to actually run an offense. With Reggie/Roberson/PJ3/Ibaka/Adams as his starting 5 we know that defense and rebounding won't be an issue. All Brooks will have to do is figure out how to get things going offensively so maybe it will be a good learning experience for him as well.

Ain't really getting "mad" at shit.

More or less laughing at the fools who continue to overhype this team year after year, ya know?

they should try to get cleanthony early from the knicks

I can't wait until the Wolves face the Thunder or Clippers. It's going to be disgusting. Our stretch fours always roast them. Now we got Bennett and Thad. New blood to take their lives away. :pimp:

Yeah he'd be a perfect pickup but I doubt Phil is gonna wanna part with Early at all.

No reason to, so Early will stay put.

The Clippers will be fine. They are playing their worse right now. But they seriously have a hole at the SF spot. Not sure what they will do. I wanted them to draft C. Early, he wouldn't have been the answer his rookie year, but at least he would have been active in the rotation. He can hit shots and stay in front of his man. The Thunder will be ok too..depending how long their main players will be out. If they dig a hole too big they could miss the playoffs or barely make the playoffs.

I thought they should have gotten KJ McDaniels because he projects to be a solid defender. Early would have given them a guy on the wing who could potentially create for himself, but this squad needed a lockdown wing defender.

Doc maybe should have tried to make a move for Ariza even. If he gave slightly less than full non-tax paying MLE to Hawes, then they wouldn't have been hard-capped at $81M and been so restricted. Doc's done a good job coaching this squad, but I'm not the biggest fan of his GM moves. Although I wish they retained Gentry. Pretty sure all they needed to do was increase his salary, right?
