he's currently 25th with 23,223pts.

Last season he scored 2089
Say he scores around the same amount of points, maybe a little less, he will end up with ~25,300 by the end of the season, passing Reggie Miller for 16th, and the only active players in that 15-25 range are Duncan, Pierce and Allen

I'm guessing 17 considering he's already played 2 games.. (Dirk can be 7th *bow*)
