Trevor Ariza is definitely a very good player. To be honest he kind of reminds me of a pre- and post-peak Rashard Lewis. They can just churn out 3s like nothing.

Whether he's actually better than Parsons remains to be seen. But specifically for Houston, it does look like he has the potential to be a solid upgrade. Rains 3s and makes the team better defensively. People may have underrated the acquisition. Ariza killed it last year on the Wizards.

Chandler is a better player. He can handle the ball, get into the post and create for his teammates. Ariza is a great defender but he always struggles with more physical players when's he's needed the most. So against teams with good wing players (Spurs,Kings,Mavericks,Thunder) don't expect him to be as effective. He's does bring hustle but his contribution isn't going to take Harden & Howard over the hump.

Been like this since first game of the season. Is not like he is hitting some impossible shots, he is getting some wide wide open looks, unless the defense adjust he will continues to hit them. Last 2 years the guys have become a good 3 point shooter.
