By the end of his career (if he stays healthy for the majority) he might have a case for it.

Think about it...look at all the GOAT scorers. Kareem was unstoppable in the post, but he couldn't break down his defender off the dribble like a guard. The same goes for Wilt. MJ was definitely a better finisher and midrange shooter, but he didn't have Durant's length or his deadly 3 point shot. Kobe was similar to MJ but a better shooter. he sacrificed being a better finisher to be a better shooter. Karl was a beast from midrange and in transition, but he wasn't nearly as deceptively quick as Durant, MJ and Kobe. Just to satisfy the Bron stans...Bron may be one of the best finishers ever, but he gets downright cold from downtown sometimes.

KD has a case over anyone as a scorer.
