Hardship Exception? What's that? Something that costs money?

The hardship exception allows teams with at least four injured players who will be sidelined for at least two weeks to exceed the 15-player maximum roster. For a team to qualify for the exception, all four players must miss at least three consecutive games while sitting out those two weeks...

Only team this season without an excuses is the Cavs. No injuries with an all star roster.
