Chalmers - Currently, riding the bench behind Norris Cole. Enough said.

Wade - He was playing out of shape most of that run with LeBron and company. After LeBron left, he finally admitted he needed to eat healthy and get in shape.

Battier - A good defender but streaky shooter. Plus he was old in the tooth.

Bosh - Soft as butter. A center shooting too many jumpers, etc.

You laugh at a team that won back-to-back championship, would have a 3-peat hadn't Bran choked in the '11 Finals. 4 straight Finals appearance.

Love the Splash Brothers but no one on this team has alpha dawg mentality to be LeBron's security blanket.

Elite defensive anchor and rim protector in Noah, also terrific passer..would have good offensive chemistry with Lebron. Lebron led teams need elite off the ball shooters..Anderson and Danny Green fill these roles. Tony Allen (and Danny Green) and Lebron can help their trapping defense, nice perimeter defensive trio. Filled with shooters and good defensive players, and Lebron gets total control of the offense. Just need a secondary creator/ballhandler/playmaker off the bench for when Lebron rests, maybe someone like Reggie Jackson.

Switch Ibaka for Bosh for better defense and you've got a winner. That team offers offense, defense, outside shooting and no agenda among those players.

A team of Conley, Thompson, LeBron, Ibaka and Noah is a great fit.
