Not crazy at all and it's actually true. It's like Brett Favre having the record for most interceptions. You have to be really good for a really long time hold those "dubious" records. If you place disproportionate value on team success, then you'll naturally rank him ahead of Wilt and Bird. But then there's pretty much no way to rank him ahead of Russell. If you value peak production, then you'll probably rank him ahead of Magic and Russell... but he wouldn't even come close to Wilt or Shaq. See what I'm saying here?
