It's obvious that there is friction between the two stars.
You have Kyrie in one corner who was the franchise and signed a 5 year contract extension with the club thinking he would be the leader of the team. He gave the city hope and spearheaded rebuilding the franchise after Lebron left the team in ruins.

Then you have Lebron who comes in and takes all of Kyrie's shine and role on the team, and basically tells everyone how to play basketball his way.

As an analogy. Imagine accepting a job offer in management, then coming in the first day of work and realizing that you are now the assistant. At the end of the day this IS their career.
