Miami, Chicago, Toronto, Washington, Cleveland will range from 49-54 wins while Atlanta and Charlote will be around 43-47 wins

New York and Brooklyn will hover around .500

Pistons, Celtics. Pacers will more than 30 games but probably less than 40

while Orlando and Philly make up the tanking squads.

Chicago is probably the best bet to go over 55 wins outside of the Cavs figuring it out. Just feel the East is really wide open with the lack of Great teams. Not sure if any of the individual contenders this season match up with the top 2-3 teams going back the last decade in the East.
