Saw this on reddit, thought it was worth sharing

Anthony Bennett last night: 1 second, 2 points.

Per 36: 4320 points

Dang. If Flip would have kept him in the game from the beginning, Wolves would have won 4320-0.

EDIT: Ohhhh that's PER 36... if he would have played all 48 minutes in regulation, it would have been 5760-0. My bad. Sorry God.

What's going on with Bennett? Why is he not getting minutes?

He's also upped his FG% by 20% so far this year. Eat that LeBron James.

He managed to have 1 personal foul too. The man is a God, indeed. 2 points and a foul in 1 second.

Ηαd this been his first game of the season, his PER would have been around 3,000 (or like 6,000 without the foul).

Here's a question, though: What would happen in a player's playing time if his coach entered him for only one play, he got fouled without any playing time having passed, hit his FT's and went out for the remainder of the game?

He appears to be talented, though I admit I haven't seen too much of him.

I just wonder why he's not getting playing time and development on a wolves squad that isn't so hot. Is he a head case? Mental midget? No defense? Is his position stacked in Minny?

Yeah, but his stats so far this year in terms of mpg are nearly exactly the same as last year even though his shooting has gone up and his per 36 is at 18.8ppg.

He's not that bad actually. I was baiting.

But rookies and sophmores usually have people better than them on the team as is the case with bennett. He isnt that good to question why he doesnt play.

Same with Lavine.

Rasual Butler once had a turnover and a DNP for the same game. He was called in during the 4th quarter (after not having played all game) to throw an inbound pass and then turned it over. He then got subbed out on the very next play.

Ok. I know he was labeled as one of the biggest busts in NBA history, so I'm kinda rooting for the guy.

As always in situations like this, it isn't that simple. He's not playing because the Timberwolves' best player -- Thad Young -- plays the same position. AB is going to be solid. Mark it down.

Unfortunately he will only be able to play six seconds a game before he fouls out.

Is it me or does it seem like Bennett is a chucker/black hole on the T-Wolves. He always seems really immature too. I have to watch more Wolves games.
