I watched this alot while I was in Spain... Can any of you Spanish people explain to me what happened?

I just read something that some accident happened with his Kids? And its supposedly a "conspiracy" ? But the wikipedia page only exists in Spanish none of the Articles are in English.

Any Spaniards here?
