Personality helps in marketing, where Duncan was a bore in. It's good because winning is #1 on his list.

Kobe had both. Lebron was lacking the commitment to winning. Durant is lacking in personality as well as winning, but he is young and has time to. Here's hoping AD when he becomes the face of the league by then will have a charming and winning personality.
