This video explains it nicely. Too bad he got injured recently, i just hope he continues to improve as we've seen it this season, kid really has work ethic, some consider him bust but i believe he's yet at he can be a really great player.

I like MKG, think he could be a good player. He needs to assert himself a little more, I'm not sure bringing in Lance will help him develop at all since they do a lot of the same sort of things.
