Probably, but can anyone explain why he only has 2 rebounds so far? Not watching the game, but somehow Lance has 7X the amount of rebounds??

Steve Adams or Serge Ibaka imo are the best post players in the NBA

I'd say he's highly overrated. He shoots a low %, doesn't pass, doesn't play D, doesn't get fouled, doesn't involve his teammates...

Doesn't post player also indicate abilities on the defensive end?

Problem with Al is that he is already having foot problems, and those tend to be something of a death knell for bigs, especially ones who weren't too fast to begin with.

No, the problem with Al is all his moves are AWAY FROM THE BASKET. There is little physicality in his game and he rarely makes a move to the rim. (hence the high fg attempts to low ft attempts) I'll take Pau Gasol in the post any day of the week over Jefferson. A high volume big man is about the worst thing your team can have. (especially when he's garbage defensively at that) No team will ever go anywhere with Al Jefferson as a number 1 option.

I'll admit he actually has game, but it's a really SOFT game and definitely not the game of a main big man, first option.

Low % is subjective he gave the Hornets 22 on 51% last year. Marc Gasol for example had 15 on 47% last year, of course unlike Al scoring is not his best asset but still considering how much Jefferson shots, his inability to draw fouls i wouldn't consider that a low FG% not even for a big man. Scoringwise he is the best Center in the league and a good rebounder on top of that. In a league devoid of great centers he is a very valuable asset.
