- 6-3, 290 pounds
- 6-9 wingspan
- Benched in his prime 500+ pounds. Benched 475 during his NFL stint and 405 for 8. He was benching 375 for 12-15 reps during his UFC stint.
- at the NFL combine: He weighed in at 283 lbs, ran a 4.65 40, had a vertical jump of 35 inches, a standing long jump of 10 feet, and was able to bench 225 lbs at 30 reps
- Squatted 750 pounds, 860 pound safety squat.
- A documented 720 pound deadlift in college, 800 pounds at his peak

Could perform a shooting star press at 300 pounds, when he was at the peak of using the gear

I wholeheartedly agree. I wish he had picked up a bball when he was 8. I imagine him as a 6'4 240 lbs pg like the world has never seen.

To do what he did in the UFC with such little relative experience was amazing. People will point to his mediocre record but just take a lot at who he fought. I thought his MMA career was great and it's a shame he had the health problems. He also looked completely mentally checked out for the Overeem fight. I would've loved to seen a motivated Brock continue in MMA.

His athleticism is/was on par with the greatest NFL players of all time.

Lesnar is great, but Goldberg >

545 bench
800 squat
800 deadlift
jackhammered Big Show and Mark Henry
And he actually played in the NFL

Is there documented proof of Goldbergs lifts? I could never find anything but the guy sure was strong

There is no doubt that Lesnar could have been in the NFL

Brock was physically on the same level as guys like JJ Watt and Clowney. The overall combination of strength, size, speed, quickness, explosion. Brock is about as elite as you will find

Brock must have been on the gear from very early on. His frame/build is so unique. He must have been abusing that HGH during his teens.

Brock has an odd looking build. Long arms, long legs and a short torso.

I can agree with this. The guy is a total hybrid specimen.

And Goldberg got choked out by Chris Jericho in real life....you think Lesnar would get punked out by a cruiserweight like that? :oldlol:

Calling BS on these lifts ( Lesnar's too).

Only dedicated powerlifters hit those kinds of numbers with any regularity. Even a monster like Ronnie Coleman needed all types of bench shirts, straps, and knee wraps to hit those numbers in his prime, and he had a powerlifting background.
