This guy could have been a top 3 heavyweight boxer in the 2000's along side the Klitschko brother's. He was unstable outside the ring, but inside the ring he beat a prime David Tua, and Prime Chris Byrd who defeated Vitali in 2000.

Such a waste of talent and potential.

He was unstable outside the ring

That's a hell of an understatement :oldlol:

But yeah the guy was a gifted specimen who could've done great things had he not been completely insane.

He's a crazy guy. Much crazier than Tyson. He was a great athlete. Ike threw some good combinations. Ike was rumored to fight the winner of the Holyfield and Lewis fight.

:lol :lol :lol

I was huge on Ibeabuchi back in the day. His war with Tua is still one of the greatest heavyweight fights of all-time. A brutal slugfest. And, he's one of the few guys who actually caught Chris Byrd in Byrd's prime. And, when he caught him, boom goes the dynamite.

Ibeabuchi could have been as good as he wanted to be. I'm still of the opinion that he's the only guy of that class of fighters who legitimately could have beaten Lennox Lewis over a series of fights.

Unfortunately, dude was out of his mind. He's one of the great "what if" boxers to ever live.
