Raptors definitely get better. Kobe with some real teammates around him would change his mindset. No way he chucks the way he does when he has some big men who can actually lay up the ball and a pg who actually plays basketball.

Raptors become a lottery team, while the Lakers at least become a 35 win team. The Raptors didn't become a good team last year until they got rid of that inefficient chucker Rudy Gay. Trading for Kobe would just be talking steps backwards.
