25 yr old Shaq putting up 28/11 a game
19 yr old Kobe in the Jamal Crawford role
Eddie Jones
Nick Van Exel
Rick Fox
D-Fish
Horry
Elden Campbell

team put up 105.5 pts/Gm with a pace that would be considered "Slow" or "middle of the pack" in this era.

Team has the 3pt shooters to fit this era, Shaq would be unstoppable, Kobe at his athletic peak, coming off the bench, Eddie Jones and NVE were near all-star caliber players. Horry, Fox & Fish to space the floor.

If the Rockets are dominating like they are right now, imagine what this team would be doing :lebronamazed:

jones and van exel were allstars

with those 2 and shaq leading the team they would have been dominant

so was Kobe.:oldlol:

But I said near-allstar caliber because the guard depth in the West that year was rather weak with those 3 making the ASG, obviously their raw numbers were low due to having to share the ball, but they wouldn't be all-stars (outside of maybe Kobe) this season.

This.

Not sure what this thread was started for but it kind of ends any Kobe vs Jordan 1990s "weak era" arguments.

they would run train. For all the talk about the 60s being weak (it was) this 2010s era is just as bad
