He is far better than Kobe and he has LEADERSHIP qualities..quantifiable character traits and intangibles that make his teammates more confident and driven.

Explain who on this Lakers squad is even 1/14th as good as Pippen, Rodman, even Kukoc. Actually don't explain it and go back to sucking Jordan's c0ck. Prime Jordan might have them at 30-52 instead of 20-62.
