His current team mates are good no one is disputing that but I always felt Lebron would play best with a dominant centre like Dwight Howard so that LeBron can find him down low and feed off each others defensive energy. A player like goran dragic along with Howard would be a perfect team for lbj.

Perfect player for LeBron is Noah. He has better range, better pick and roll defence and passer. Dwight can only play next to the hole which hurts LeBrons ability to get to the rim.

Noah cant draw fouls like Howard. If they have fouls they wont be able to contain LeBron. If LeBron is driving he can always throw it up or on the backboard for Howard to dunk it in. If LeBron drives at the opponents biggest player and somehow misses..guess who's getting that offensive put back. Howard provides not just a below the rim passing threat but forces the team to play above the rim. You see Kevin love/varehao/bosh can not play above the rim and can only do straught/bounce passes.

Too bad neither Howard or Noah have any interest in playing with LeBron.

Say u playing the bulls. 3 Howard isolation draws a foul on Noah. When LeBron drives inn the middle of the first is Noah going to pick up a 2nd early foul? With Howard the opponents best big men will be forced to defend with a hand behind their back. Then u have dragic cutting from the baseline and shooting 3s as well.

Dwight doesn't play above the rim much anymore. It's a horrible fit IMO. Maybe when they were younger also Dwight is not a great defender anymore.

And yes neither wil play with Lebron. Another who would have been great to have played with any peak great wing player was KG. Wish we would have gotten to have seen him play with someone like Kobe in there primes.

There was a thread about this already and the general consensus was that he needs to be surrounded by 3 and D players with at least one who can facilitate. His bigs need to play away from the basket and play good D. I said:

I feel sorry for you kid. Sounds like u watch basketball so u can live vicariously through players while people like me who play for a team obviously like to study and learn the game. Sounds like you don't know anything about basketball and sit on your fat depressed a22 complaining and insulting people on the forums all day. What a waste of oxygen and government food vouchers. Go ask all the girls/people u know if they will go out with you and when they say no...do the world a favour and kill yourself. Thanks mate 😊

Lebron in Golden State with Curry and Klay? That would be fun. And rim protector in Bogut?

The perfect Lebron team.

Then trade Barnes and Igoudala for Ryan Anderson

Curry
Klay
Lebron
Anderson
Bogut

Amazing.

One of the things that LeBron needs on his team is a 6th man that is a big 3/4 tweeter cause it allows LeBron to play power forward. James Johnson would be a good fit almost in a Shane Battier mold.

This team has legitimate shot at 4-peating. Can't imagine anyone beating them honestly.

That is one of the best lineups I've seen to surround Lebron with.

Pretty funny people still believe LeBron need his big men to just shoot jumpers. The only center he ever played with that had a post game was 58 year old Shaq.

Patrick Beverly
Trevor Ariza
Klay Thompson
Lebron James
Kevin Love

Lebron has already proven he doesn't need a rim protector on his team so long as his backcourt and perimeter teammates are good defenders. All of these guys are terrific 3 and D guys (except for Love) if you want a more defensive center, AD would be better. Not as much range, but can still knock down a midrange jumpshot.
