At least use a loaded gun when shooting... 13/14 blanks doesn't get the job done

Kobe the ultimate Alpha taking the blame even though anybody watching these games know's the rest of the squad is absolute garbage offensively and couldn't score 44 points on 44% if they were all fast break lay ups

Hah! If Bean had it his way, the number of attempts would be infinite. Dude is gunning for Mike's scoring record, and everyone knows it.

What an alpha! This is such a joy to watch. ... 19 yr veteran still dropping 40+ pts on these kids.. WOW

lebron wishes he could be as alpha as Kobe.. instead Lebron will stick to his stacked all star teams

I think he means he would rather be capable of getting 44 points off of 24 shots instead of 24.

I'm saying.

Kobe should just shut his mouth and count his money. He wanted it this way.

Explain how: 5 and 3 is better than 9 and 9. LeBron played better overall. And plus, Kobe was ****ing awful that whole series. game wasn't even an anomaly.

10 turnovers

game wasn't even an anomaly.
Very next game - 6/24 (sound familiar?) 7 turnovers

still not as bad as 2 for 18

and definitely not as bad as shooting 30 times, scoring 24 points while your team loses by 1 point in the deciding game of the finals

one is bad shooting in a game that was lost big anyways, other is missing 20 out of 30 shots in a game that's decided by a play or two. :facepalm

That was lost big partly BECAUSE of his performance.

missing 20 shots in a game that's decided by a possession is worse than missing 16 shots in a game that's lost by 33. Yeah, it would have been a close game if Kobe made close to 100% of those shots, but if he shoots around his average 45%, they're still going to lose by 20+. In Lebron's case, his team lost by 1 point and him even converting 2-3 of those baskets or giving his teammates more opportunities would have been enough to win. Or hit more than 2/6 of his FTs.

Lakers allowed 120 points in their loss. Cavs allowed only 83. There's a huge difference between those games.

And what's the point of discussing this? Kobe won his 1st ring in that series and had a heroic Game 4 on the road in OT, Lebron was flat out bad in his first Finals series. Kobe played injured. At least we have something to explain why he wasn't consistent and why his overall numbers in that series weren't all that great.

In Lebron's case, he had a weak jump shot that the Spurs took advantage of. Bowen locked him down. Kobe always owned the Spurs.
