Iverson...one of the best volume scorers ever and a league MVP. He's barely 6'0" in height but carried a pretty "weak" cast almost to the promise land. Considered the best pound for pound player ever

Muggsy Bogues...a 5'3" 140 lbs starting point guard who was pretty much good for 10/10 in his prime with great defensive tenacity. From 90-94, only John Stockton accumulated more assists

AI is one of my fave players but im gettin tired of nikkas sayin the 01 sixers was a bad supporting cast. they had the dpoy, coy and 6moy. offensively the cast was mediocre but on defense it was stacked. and they won games b/c of their defense

They were an extremely well-coached team with enough veterans, but they weren't stacked on defense when it came to individuals as a whole. It's probably a top 2 worst Finals line up ever. On offense, there was basically zero 3-point spacing and no go to scorer outside of Iverson. AI brought recognition to that team and I wasn't impressed with Aaron McKie grabbing sixth man. He was good, but no where near all-star talent. He's probably one of the weaker selections made in history. Compare that 2001 76ers to the 2011 eastern teams and they'd probably be the 5th or 6th best in the conference and get killed by Dwight's Magic before even facing the big 3 Celtics/Heat and the Bulls.
