Hes been the GM for like 6 months.


However the lack of SF and post players have been issues for years and every year I say "why didnt they do anything about this??" and they never seem to address it. Its literally been like 5 years now of the same problems not being addressed. But again, Doc hasnt been GM very long so he still has a little bit of time before he can be blamed.
