Germany, Spain, Australia, Turkey.

Been to Spain and Turkey not the other two countries. If it is Barcelona, Spain. Spain wins by default.

Istanbul, Turkey would be #1 but it seems like it got dangerous ever since I visited it a little over a year ago.

Between Germany and Australia, I would choose Germany if it is during a spring semester.

Cut his hands off so he can't post anymore, you will be a hero to ISH.

I studied in Florence and have spent at least 4 days in 15 other countries. I will tell you right now there is no way we can tell you which you will like the most. Tell me what you want to do abroad and I can try and help

If you are looking for nightlife, culture, architecture, landscapes, good weather, etc. Spain is probably of of the best choices.

Germany is a great country to study abroad too, like France or Italy, but is not cheaper than Spain at all. Also learning Spanish language would be usefull for you in the future.

There are very inexpensive cities like Granada or even Seville. Especially Granada. Only Barcelona is really expensive.

Black dudes get lynched sometimes other than that it's very friendly.
