Vucevic is actually a good player. I've been watching more Magic games than usual this year and he's actually not bad on defense either.

He has increased his usage and increased his field goal percentage at the same time. He's also contesting a lot more shots than he did in previous guys. Guys been beasting lately.

Nobody gives a shit about Orlando players, Jameer.

When will you get this through your nerdy, black, anime-watching head brain? They will forever be irrelevant until they move on from this shitty mediocre franchise and go to the Lakers, like they always do. I'm sorry, but that's just the way it is.

Why would you assume he was bad on defense?

Because he's white.

He is still bad at contesting shots. Maybe not bad but he is average at best and it's his biggest weakness and always has been. His offensive game is great though, his mid range and post game looks really good this season. His a good passer too for his size.

Yeah I mean he's a young up and coming future elite center.

Is he a good post defender?

honestly he's improved a bit as far as that goes. his help defense is definitely better this year.

No it's not. Is it not a fact that a white center is staistically more likely to be bad on defense/unathletic than a black one? Opinions can be racist facts can't. It's like saying a woman walking home alone at night who's more suspicious of males than females is being sexist. She isn't. She's being a realist.

most offensively talented centers are sub-par on defense. cousins is another example.

Nah it's not racist at all. I'm just parodying what the hypersensitive PC fools would say.

Is it racist to say that white coaches are more likely to better than black coaches due to the significant IQ discrepancy?

he's not bad. just not as good defensively as offensively. other than that he's an elite rebounder and scorer.

Not really. This year he has looked better, he has the tools to be better than he is. One issue I have with Orlandos roster is that our guards really need to learn to spread the floor because we need a defensive big man next to Vucevic if we want to compete but at the same time we need shooters.

Gordon had actually shown some signs and surprisingly was probably our best defender in his limited minutes. I didn't think he'd be contributing anything this year but he's looked pretty good before hurting his foot.

yes but he has way more street cred and on this board that's important.

I wouldn't label him sub-par, he's probably around average. He isn't terrible and next to someone who can help him he would get by fine, the problem is he has Frye or Harris next to him now and neither of them are good defenders.

% wise we're the best 3 point shooting team in the league

he seems a little under-sized too probably due to lack of elite wing-span/length.

but it's not a bad thing since davis is the only good defender on that list as dwight has gotten a much more offensive orientated game now and his defense seemed to have suffered for it.

Yeah but Harris and Fournier aren't gonna keep shooting 50% all season and our interior defence suffers with Frye and Harris next to Vucevic. Fournier has helped relieve the worries a bit though, he's another guy that like Vuc would be getting a lot more media attention if we were more hyped going in to this season.

Vuc is a beast man, has all the tools.
